In this article, Ludmila Leroy et al. investigate antiferrodistortive and ferroelectric phase transitions in freestanding SrTiO\u2083 thinfilms.<\/p>\n<p>Using piezoresponse force microscopy (PFM), polarization dynamics were analyzed at cryogenic temperatures, revealing the relationship between structural transitions and ferroelectric behavior.<\/p>\n<p>PFM hysteresis measurements were performed using a NANOSENSORS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nanosensors.com\/uploads\/media\/files\/0001\/05\/ee276c0eff32e1ef4d10d62ac45833af67d4bfa0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Platinum Silicide<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nanosensors.com\/platinum-silicide-force-modulation-mode-afm-tip-PtSi-FM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PtSi-FM<\/a> AFM probe with a spring constant of 2.8 N\/m.
