Tipless - Non-Contact/Tapping Mode - Long Cantilever
NANOSENSORS™ TL-NCL tipless cantilevers are designed for special applications where no tip at the cantilever is needed.
- The probe offers unique features:
- - no tip
- - highly doped to dissipate static charge
- - chemically inert
- - high mechanical Q-factor for high sensitivity
- - alignment grooves on backside of silicon holder chip
- - precise alignment of the cantilever position (within +/- 2 µm) in conjunction with the usage
of the alignment chip - - compatible with PointProbe® Plus XY-Alignment Series
